Enjoying Gini in town

My stepmom Gini is in town for a few weeks selling my parents' house. Luke is really enjoying it. When he went down for a nap today she was at our house, and when he woke up he grabbed his little Spanish soccer ball and went running out to the living room saying "Ganma!" and then sad, "Ganma." It's so fun to see how they pick up on small cues and understand that Grandma and Grandpa are important people.

So, we went over to Grandma's house to continue help cleaning out stuff in storage. Then we were going to stop by his friend Fuller's house to drop off some coke points and what do you know, they were on their way to the playground in St. Elmo (across the street from their house), so we went too. While we were at the park, it started raining, which Luke loves. We went home, since it was raining, and the whole way home, Luke was saying "Pease, running" which can be translated to "Please, can I get out in the rain?"

Kids are fun.
